When you place an order or contact us, we may collect:

• Full name and contact information (email address, phone number)
• Shipping address (for delivery orders) or requested pickup time
• Order details — items purchased, sizes, and prices
• Payment information — processed securely by Shopify; we do not store card numbers
• IP address and basic browser/device information for security and fraud prevention

• To process and fulfill your order, including generating shipping labels
• To send order confirmation and shipping emails
• To contact you about your order if there is an issue
• To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions
• To improve our website and customer experience

We do not sell your personal information to third parties or use it for advertising.

• Shopify — our online store and checkout. When you check out, your contact details, address, order and payment are entered on Shopify's secure checkout and handled under Shopify's privacy policy. Shopify also sends order confirmation and shipping emails.
• Netlify — website hosting. Basic request logs (IP address, browser) may be retained per Netlify's standard practices.
• Google Maps — the store map is an embedded Google Map, which Google may use to set its own cookies when it loads.

We retain order records and associated personal information for a minimum of three (3) years for accounting and business record purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us — we will remove your information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Shopping does not require an account. Your bag and wishlist are saved in your own browser's local storage so they're there when you come back — clear your browser data to remove them. Store staff who sign in to manage inventory use a secure session cookie. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, Google Analytics, or similar tracking tools.

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of any marketing communications

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at orders@txprokicks.com.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure — we never see or store your full card number.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
